About Rae Psychiatry

Rae Psychiatry offers modern, personalized mental health care that’s rooted in clarity, curiosity, and respect for each patient’s experience. We combine evidence-based treatment with a thoughtful, whole-person approach, because effective care means understanding the full picture, not just the diagnosis.

Whether you're navigating a new challenge or continuing ongoing care, we’ll meet you where you are with openness, expertise, and support that actually makes sense.

Rae Psychiatry makes care accessible and flexible, offering both in-person and telehealth appointments, accepting most major insurance plans, and providing self-pay options when needed. Conditions We Treat

Anxiety

Worry, fear, avoidance, or restlessness can take many forms. We help patients identify anxiety patterns, understand the brain-body connection, and build tools for calm, clarity, and confidence.

ADHD

More than just distraction, ADHD affects motivation, follow-through, emotional regulation, and how we interact with the world. We focus on diagnosis, medication, and everyday strategies tailored to your environment and goals.

Depression

Whether it feels like flatness, heaviness, or self-criticism, depression can affect every part of life. Treatment is aimed at restoring energy, interest, and a sense of self, not just lifting mood.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Intrusive thoughts and compulsive behaviors can become overwhelming and isolating. We help patients understand the mechanisms of OCD and work toward freedom from its grip.

Trauma and PTSD

Past events, big or small, can leave lasting emotional and physical imprints. We create a space to safely address trauma and begin to repair the nervous system’s response.

Grief and Loss

Grief can take many forms. Whether you're navigating loss through death, illness, or life change, we provide thoughtful, compassionate support to help you move through it in your own way.
